I cannot praise Pink Elephant enough for their service and the way I was treated following the death of my mother in Ireland when I had to leave my car for an unexpected stay at Stansted. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness as this sad time for me.

We recently booked parking at Stansted airport with yourselves via Hilton hotel. Returning on a friday night with a 5mth baby,we collected our car which had a flat tyre. Your staff member Tim was brilliant by helping us change our tyre whist ensuring that our sleeping baby was not disturbed!

Tim is a credit to your company, and went out of his way to help us.

We will most definitely use Pink Elephant again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend your company based on the level of service which Tim provided.

We would like to thank all your staff for such an excellent service at Stansted Airport. Check in was pleasant, easy, efficient with a comfortable wait in the lounge.

Our return flight was delayed 4 hrs coming back from Prague and we just missed the last shuttle bus back to the Hilton.

We were very cold, tired and stressed but our car was returned to us at the terminal promptly and cheerfully (and warm!) by a great guy for no extra charge

We arrived back at around 23:30 on Sunday 11 September, and have rarely had such a good experience collecting a car from a car park. The bus driver was very friendly, and the gentleman in charge of the parking desk was superb. He even collected our car for us and brought it to the front door whilst we were drinking our complementary tea - service above and beyond the call of duty. A really pleasant welcome back!

I just wanted to drop a quick note to say that I was thoroughly pleased with the service I recieved while using your airport transfers last week. This was the first time I had used Pink Elephant and I was a little apprehensive that I would miss the bus or not find it or silly things like that. It all worked out swimmingly and the staff at the reception & the bus driver was so nice & made it such an easy transfer. It was so good I have already booked for my short stay next weekend.

My wife and i have been travelling abroad for many years now, mostly from Gatwick, but for the first time from Stansted this year, were used to long term parking, and know what to expect , or what little in most cases,but i feel on this occasion i have to make some tribute to the parking company used on our travels to majorca this month. We arrived at stansted at 03.45 on monday morning to catch our flight at 06.00, upon pulling up outside the Hilton hotel entrance, the home of PINK ELEPHANT PARKING, we were within 30 seconds greeted by the most warm, welcoming guy whose name i think was Tim ( we had had a 2 hour journey)he told us exactly where to leave our car, took the keys and within 10 minutes was being driven by Lee, another helpful guy, to the terminal. on our return, the minibus was waiting for us, we were taken back to the Hilton where Tim was there waiting with our keys , within 50 yards of car, and wished us a safe journey home at 01.15 in the morning.I think this firm and particularly the stansted staff are second to none when it comes to long term parking. I would gladly use Pink elephant parking again. I will just mention that our whole holiday was booked through Travel Republic ( hotel, flights, car hire and parking) and i could not fault any part of it. Thanks again Pink elephant parking.

We spent a week in Tenerife and the travelling there and back was made much easier by your helpful, efficient and courteous staff who were there to meet us and look after the car.
